Insta Dri was started in 2012 right here in Knoxville, Tennessee. Locally owned and locally operated, Insta Dri has been a leader in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawlspace encapsulation and understands the problems unique to homes and structures in the Knoxville area and Tennessee Valley region We here at Insta Dri get 90% of our business from referrals which speaks to our quality; we have lots of happy customers! We are also the highest referred company by Realtors in the Knoxville and Chattanooga area, because we don't oversell customers on things they don't need. Insta Dri prioritizes putting the house back together better than before.
At Insta Dri, we keep it simple: we identify the problem and provide a cost efficient solution, we don't sell you things you don't need, and we do it all with honesty and integrity.
Kevin Jardet is a Knoxville native and has over 30 years of experience in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawlspace encapsulation. He also has 30 years of experience in new home construction, 10 years of experience as a realtor, and 10 years of experience as a home inspector. He brings a wide variety of experience to the job as he has been on all sides of home construction and repair.
As a home builder, Kevin developed a unique perspective for how homeowners want their home to look. With Kevin's background in new construction, renovation, and remodeling, he specializes in repairing homes so that it doesn't look like workmen have been there, only a fixed and clean look. Kevin has 5 children and is active in his church.
